Today on June 2, 2019, information was received at PP Sainik Colony that two vehicles are using the same number - JK01T 7347 - and one was parked at Sec C Sainik Colony and the other at Gujjar Colony. It appeared that forged documents could have been used to duplicate the registration number.
In relation to this, both vehicles have been seized and FIR no 79/2019 u/s 467/468 RPC has been registered at PS Channi Himmat. Further investigation is in progress.
